Meet Rebecca Ridsdale, a seasoned Consulting Hypnotist based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Certified with the National Guild of Hypnotists – the oldest and largest hypnotherapy membership organization in the world. Additionally, Rebecca is a Yoga Instructor, certified by The Kundalini Research Institute since, 2002. Rebecca has been guiding clients through transformative journeys since 2013, leveraging powerful tools such as hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Four Truth Wellness was inspired by the Buddah’s Four Noble Truths: 1) Life has inevitable suffering 2) There is a cause to our suffering 3) There is an end to suffering 4) The end of suffering is contained in an end to craving, clinging, becoming and dissatisfaction. Four Truth Wellness offers the beginning to the end of suffering.

Rebecca’s passion for hypnosis was ignited in her early twenties when she successfully used it to overcome her fear of flying—a skill she continues to use in her personal life today. Over the past decade, she has shared this power with more than 3500 clients, helping them conquer a myriad of challenges. These include, but are not limited to, anxiety and stress reduction, smoking cessation, weight management, overcoming personal fears, enhancing self-esteem, and promoting personal growth and self-discovery.

Before her transformative journey into hypnosis, Rebecca wore many hats in the film and television industry. She served as a field producer, visual chronologist, and more, showcasing her adaptability and creativity. But her passion for the environment soon led her down a different path, resulting in the foundation of Organic Earth Magazine—a national publication dedicated to promoting natural and environmental awareness. She continued her eco-conscious venture by founding an environmentally friendly home and office cleaning company in Guelph, Ontario, which she successfully ran for seven years before passing on the baton.

Now, Rebecca continues to expand her skillset by studying Reiki, intending to integrate it into her practice by 2023. Her commitment to helping others transform their lives has never wavered, whether she’s meeting clients in-person at her Waterloo office or virtually over Zoom. Rebecca Ridsdale’s journey is a testament to her lifelong commitment to personal development, and her passion for assisting others in unlocking their potential is unwavering. She teaches that mind and body can bring great balanced strength and attention to the self and the world in which we live.
