I have been a personal trainer for 13 years and counting. My passion for fitness started when I was just a teenager and weighed only 135 pounds at 6'3, when I started lifting weights over the years I brought myself to the nearly 200 pounds I am today. I competed in powerlifting, with a 2.5 times body weight deadlift, nearly 2 times squat and almost 1.5 bench press. Since then, I have transferred to a general physical preparedness (GPP) style of training. I love pushing my body to the limits of what it's capable.
Outside of the gym, I'm a published author, avid adventurer, and former chef that enjoys trying new cuisines. I love experiencing new thrills, from jumping out of a plane at 10 000 feet, hiking for 4 days through the Andes mountains at high altitude, or zipping through white water rapids in Costa Rica, my bucket list is ever-growing.
