DR. TAYLOR- CHIROPRACTOR

As the spouse of a First Responder, I am thrilled to be working at Frontline Forward! I offer a unique perspective joining the clinical team where I can grasp the job demands, while being able to support the physical needs of the job.

Growing up with chiropractic care taught me how great the human body can move when it is functioning optimally, and how to recover when it is not. Before embarking on the journey toward my passion of becoming a chiropractor, I completed my undergraduate education in Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University, and later attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College for an additional 4 years to receive my Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

My practice is rooted in holistic wellness for my patients – caring for musculoskeletal complaints, along with exercise and nutrition needs so that patients can feel their best. I specialize in spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, joint mobilization, pregnancy/ postpartum care, K Taping and rehabilitative exercises, to restore movement and wellness.

As a woman, I am invested in female health across all ages. As a mother, I have a special interest in pregnancy and postpartum care. I believe this new chapter should not be shadowed by pain, discomfort or limitations, which is why my goal is to get you moving better so you can feel better and stronger than before as a new (or not so new) mom. If you are looking for a community that will support you at any stage postpartum, ask me about my postpartum class!
When not in the clinic you can find me engaged in anything outdoors, working out or spending time with my family, including the dogs.

In my practice, you will see me excited to treat:
Nervous system function
Biomechanical injuries
Pregnancy and Postpartum
Mobility and movement
Infants and children
