We're Challenging YOU to the 75 SOFT!


From March 1st to May 15th, we're challenging Frontline Forward staff and gym members to the 75 Soft Challenge!


The 75 Soft Challenge revolves around 5 rules and principles that help build consistent and healthy routine:

1. Eat Well 2. Only Drink On Special Occasions 3. Workout For 45 Minutes Everyday, With 1 Day Being Active Recovery 4. Drink 3 Liters Of Water A Day 5. Read 10 Pages Of Any Book A Day All contestants will be entered into a prize draw. The person(s) with the most consecutive days (from March 1st to May 15th) completed will win a grand prize. Call, email, or stop by the front desk to sign up! This challenge will be self-policed and on an honour system.
