JAY - PERSONAL TRAINER
Jay Kearns – Coach & Founder of JK Fitness Coaching Forge Your Legend. The gym isn’t just a place to train—it’s a forge where we temper our bodies and minds, where pain becomes power, and where struggle breeds resilience. For me, fitness has been more than just lifting weights; it’s been my anchor through PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I know firsthand how training can rebuild a person from the ground up, because I’ve lived it.
As a former Classic Bodybuilding competitor and Krav Maga expert, I understand the discipline, sacrifice, and mindset required to push past limits. My background in high level operations, competitions, and athletics taught me the importance of mental toughness, while my journey through stoicism and spirituality has given me the tools to help others master not just their bodies, but their minds. I am also a licensed minister, a paradox in itself—both warrior and guide, blending the discipline of a modern-day Viking with the wisdom to lead others toward their own transformation.
As a Coach, I work with clients of all backgrounds, from beginners to advanced athletes, from those battling personal demons to those chasing competition goals. My passion lies in helping others Forge Their Legend—to become the strongest version of themselves, inside and out. Whether you're here to build muscle, regain confidence, or take control of your life, I’ll give you the tools, the knowledge, and the unwavering support to get there.
And if I’m not in the gym? You’ll find me and my family with my dogs—loyal warriors in their own right—because, much like training, they remind me of the simple, unwavering strength of discipline, loyalty, and love.
