I have been a practicing Chiropractor for 12 years and am passionate about getting to the root cause of your complaints and guiding you to take a preventative approach to your health so you can achieve your personal best.

​In each treatment, I will do a full body assessment and use appropriate techniques such as spinal manipulation, joint mobilization, soft tissue release, rehabilitative exercise and mindfulness to help restore your body’s proper function.

I have recently added Breathwork to my practice as an effective tool to calm the nervous system, reduce inflammation, connect to your emotions, move energy and learn to trust your body again.

Over the course of my career, I have developed special interests and done further training for:

Nervous System Function

Running injuries and biomechanics

Pregnancy (including Webster Technique)

Postpartum rehabilitation

Infants and children.
